Busey Bank® is a strong supporter of the State Farm® Goldtimers Club. Busey has presented excellent financial programs for our annual Financial Quarterly meetings (4th quarter) and hosts in-person financial workshops at the bank periodically. Busey provides support for the Goldtimers website, extends the use of their Webinar facilities and provides the Coordination Committee access to meeting rooms when needed. Our continued success as a club has been an important goal for the Busey® staff and the Goldtimers Coordination Committee appreciates their ongoing support.
The online Busey Bank® webinars were recorded and made available for retirees that were not able to see the webinar as it was occurring or wanted to view the archived session again. Webinars and recordings also increased the number of retirees that were able to watch our quarterly meetings by expanding our reach beyond the Bloomington/Normal area (not just those in Illinois but other states as well). Busey provided support for webinars and recordings of Goldtimers quarterly meetings regardless of topic. During the coronavirus lockdowns this helped Goldtimers continue connecting with retirees when it was not safe to do so in-person.
As Goldtimers moved back to in-person events, Busey extended the recordings to live events and made them available for viewing a few days after the event. Goldtimers is pleased to announce that in September of 2022 Busey will also provide for viewing Goldtimers events online live as the in-person event takes place. Goldtimers events will still be recorded for viewing at a later date. Watch for SIGN-UP and Link to Live Event buttons on upcoming quarterly meetings.
Please Note: Not all events will be recorded. Presenter(s) will be asked to agree to the live-streaming and video recordings when they are contacted about speaking at a Goldtimers event.
