On September 7th SYNERGY HomeCare of Central Illinois will discuss caregiving options and solutions. Synergy President, Gaye Aaberg, Sr Client Care Manager, Aggie Hedin, and Regional Community Liaison, Elizabeth Sullard, will provide an overview of home care and its importance in the continuum of health care.

This will be an IN-PERSON event with time for Q&A. If you are unable to attend in person, you may register to watch the LIVESTREAM at the same time and participate in the Q&A through the chat feature. This event will also be RECORDED for later viewing.
